Job Summary

This position includes: Stacker, Sheet loader, Bander, Unloader, Middleman, Samples, Oxides, Hand Specials.

Essential Functions

• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures
• Follow attendance policy and production requirements
• Perform stacking, banding, unloading, and other related duties as described, ensuring quality and efficiency

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
• Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and basic math and computer skills

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma preferred; 1 year of general labor experience in manufacturing is a plus

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to handle noise, temperature extremes, repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 pounds
