Job summary

Express Employment is seeking a Production Worker to join our client in the Oakmont area. This is a Monday–Friday, first-shift role from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, starting at $15.00 per hour.

You will participate in assembly and production tasks to prepare windows for shipment. The position requires prior production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely.

Monday - Friday

Starting Pay - $15.00/hr

1st shift - 7 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks in a manufacturing facility, getting windows ready for shipment.
• Follow assembly instructions and quality control guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to assist in production.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Receive training on how to bend vinyl and other essential tasks in the production process.
• Work with a team and have someone assist you during your first two weeks of training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and quality control guidelines.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a production environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
