Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week!)

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low‑rise non‑residential buildings in North America.

Location: Streetsboro, OH | Starting at $19/hour | Entry‑Level | Hiring Immediately

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Friday overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line.
• Use hand tools and basic machinery.
• Rotate between stations (cross‑training provided).
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
