In this role, you will take responsibility for structures, processes and technical documentation, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.

What you’ll be doing with us

• You will manufacture and assemble composite components in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
• You will laminate, bond and assemble fibre-reinforced components to form finished assemblies.
• You check your work for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completion – quality starts with you.
• You will carefully document each step of your work.
• You’ll work closely with Quality Assurance and Development.

What you need for us

• A completed technical qualification, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, boat builder, model maker or similar.
• Manual dexterity and an eye for precision and tidiness.
• Some experience of working with fibre-reinforced composites or in assembly – or a willingness to learn.
• A meticulous approach to work and a team spirit.
• A command of German sufficient for effective communication within the workplace.
