Job summary

MD Composites Technology GmbH seeks a skilled operator to produce fiber composite components using diverse manufacturing processes while ensuring high quality and efficiency.

You will bond, assemble, and repair FRP parts, with opportunities for mold or prototype work and occasional painting prep. The role supports flexible working arrangements and emphasizes teamwork and responsibility.

Qualifications

• FVK-related technical training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Production of fiber composite components using various manufacturing processes (hand laminate, RTM, RIM, vacuum infusion, vacuum pressing, prepregs, autoclave).
• Bonding and repair of FRP components.
• Assembly of components.
• Mechanical processing of components.
• Optional: painting preparation and painting of gelcoat.
• Optional: mold construction and prototype construction.
