Position: Production Worker (Utility) Lincoln, NE

Sign-On Bonus: $1000.00

Shift(s) Available: All Shifts - includes an 8-hour shift on a rotational/swing schedule (e.g., seven-day swing and/or rotational). Ability to work any shift, overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts as needed.

Summary: This entry-level position involves working in a union environment, gaining knowledge of the facility, and performing tasks with opportunities for process and performance improvements. Utilities perform various jobs, tasks, or duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work in a fast-paced environment completing processes like weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and sanitizing.
• Interact with peers and management to improve operations and promote teamwork.
• Communicate with team members about equipment operation, safety, product quality, and maintenance.
• Rotate through all positions within a department to train and fill in as needed.
• Operate forklifts and skid steers.
• Adhere to ADM's safety, environmental, and food quality standards aiming for a zero-injury culture.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production or military environment (preferred).
• Complete safety, food safety, quality, and environmental training.
• Operate equipment like JLG, forklift, reach lift, etc.

Working Conditions: Non-air-conditioned environment, hot/cold temperatures, dust, noise levels exceeding 85 decibels requiring hearing protection, PPE including uniforms, hardhats, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and possibly respirators.

Physical Requirements: Ability to move, lift up to 55 pounds, work at heights, and traverse distances during the workday.

Work Hours: Overtime including weekends and holidays, with shifts on a rotational or swing schedule.

Successful candidates will undergo a background check. Pay varies based on experience and market factors. The position is at-will, with potential pay modifications.

Pay: $22.09/hour
