Join to apply for the Production Worker I - Hourly Helm role at Winnebago Industries.

Working as a member of the Helm Department, the Helm builder is responsible for reading work orders and following instructions to assemble various helms. The role also requires performing visual inspections before and after assembly and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

This position is classified as Production I or Production II, differentiated based on skills, experience, and ability to work across multiple departments. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs for 8+ hours
  • Ability to read prints and measuring devices
  • Good visual acuity for wire color coding and surface quality inspection
  • Ability to work with fiberglass
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to meet/exceed production goals
  • Flexibility for overtime and weekend work
  • Reliable attendance and pass pre-employment screenings
  • Adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage
