Position Summary

We currently have an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic production team in the Furniture department. Associates in this department play a crucial role by ensuring that furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on boats. Attention to detail is imperative.

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II), which may be differentiated based on an individual's skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.

Individuals in these roles must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience working in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting upward of 40 lbs.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet/exceed production goals
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Support for a Safe culture by adhering to safety protocols and wearing PPE
