We currently have an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic production team in the Furniture department. Associates in this department play a crucial role by ensuring furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on boats. Attention to detail is imperative.

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II), differentiated based on skills, experience, and ability to work across multiple departments. All roles require a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs for 8+ hours.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet or exceed production goals.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
• Ability to take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
