Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be installing vinyl furniture inside the boat, including fiberglass components. This involves connecting electrical components from the furniture to the main harness and steering components to the helm. You will use handheld power tools, tape measures, levels, and other tools.

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta: Production I and Production II. These levels are differentiated based on individual skills, abilities, previous work experience, and the ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.

All roles require a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred).
  2. The ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  3. Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet or exceed production goals.
  4. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed.
  5. Willingness to take on additional assignments as required to support production goals.
  6. Excellent attendance and reliability.
  7. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
  8. Support a safe work culture by adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, and proactively addressing hazards.
