Position Summary
In this role, you will be installing the vinyl furniture inside the boat, including the fiberglass. This involves connecting all electrical components from the furniture to the main harness and steering components to the helm. You will use handheld power tools, tape measure, level, etc.

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II), differentiated based on skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.

Individuals in these roles must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing in and out of boats, working close to others, squatting for 8+ hours, lifting up to 40 lbs
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, motivated to meet/exceed goals
• Flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed
• Ability to take on additional assignments as required
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Support safety culture by adhering to PPE requirements and proactive risk mitigation
