POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for testing all electrical components on the boat, troubleshooting the root cause of failed tests, and correcting issues.

Employee Levels:

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II), differentiated based on individual skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years' experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to perform all physical requirements, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing in and out of boats, working in close proximity to others, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet or exceed production goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
• Willingness to take on additional assignments as required to support production goals.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Support a safe culture by adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, and proactively identifying hazards.
