Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Production Worker at our Metropolis, IL location to help ensure efficient assembly and high-quality outputs for customers. You will report to the Production Supervisor and operate as part of a focused team on our manufacturing floor.

You will participate in continuous improvement, maintain a clean work area, and ensure safety while recording and analyzing production data to drive quality enhancements.

Job description

As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Metropolis, IL location.

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Rotating 12-hour shifts required

Compensation:

The annual base hourly range for this position is $28.98 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business consideration.
