Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is hiring for a Process Operator on their production line in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production, monitoring parameters, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment to achieve quality and compliance targets.

You will report to the ISC Production Supervisor at the Columbia location and work 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am). The position offers 23.00/hour base pay with a 2.30/hour night shift premium, and a comprehensive benefits

Process Operator

As a Production Operator - Level 2 here at Solstice, you will ensure smooth production processes, monitor parameters, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Your role is crucial for quality and compliance. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Columbia, Mo location.
