Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Worker to join our Colonial Heights, VA facility. You will help manufacture and inspect products to ensure quality and meet safety standards, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will operate assigned equipment, monitor production lines, collect data, and report findings to the Production Supervisor. The role requires ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Meet safety, quality and production targets while operating a manufacturing asset.
• Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control.

Job description

As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

In this role, you will impact the production line by producing high quality products and services for our customers. You will manufacture and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Compensation:

The annual hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
