Position Details

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of related experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Experience in manufacturing/modular housing is preferred

Essential Duties

• Perform manual labor in assigned areas
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Read blueprints and measurements
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Use hand, air, and electrical tools
• Adhere to safety procedures and work ethic
• Work quickly and methodically as part of a team

Work Schedule

Typically 6:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with possible overtime and schedule adjustments based on production needs.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with accommodations available for disabilities.
