Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring for production roles at our Ephrata, PA manufacturing facility. You will work on the production line, read blueprints, measure parts, and use manual and power tools as part of a fast-paced team environment.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
