Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Production Worker for a manufacturing facility in Longmont, CO. This entry-level role trains you on multiple machines and processes, with opportunities to increase pay as skills grow.

You will operate and monitor equipment to manufacture plastic bags and packaging, support quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean work environment on a rotating 12-hour schedule with both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to manufacture plastic bags and packaging.
• Learn multiple production processes and equipment.
• Set up and operate converting equipment including printing presses, slitters, and bag machines.
• Produce finished products meeting customer specifications and quality standards.
• Verify product quality and identify defects.
• Operate blown film extrusion equipment to produce plastic film.
• Monitor production runs and adjust to maintain specifications.
• Complete production documentation and maintain records.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support continuous improvement and production goals.
