Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking team players to join the production line in the Ephrata, PA area. You will perform manual labor, read blueprints, and use basic tools to build manufactured housing components in a fast-paced setting.

Fair compensation, a non-exempt, safety-conscious workplace, and opportunities for growth are provided. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work well with others to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Summary:

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps the area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
