Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks Production Workers at the Skyline Homes manufacturing facility in Leola, PA to build manufactured housing on a fast-moving line.

Under general supervision, you will read blueprints, measure components, and use hand, air, and electrical tools while maintaining quality and safety as a team.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.

Summary: Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
