Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, focusing on drywall finishing skills for interior work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply mud with high quality on 1st and 2nd coats
• Operate bazooka (continuous flow taping machine)
• Perform additional duties such as tape and texture as needed
• Maintain a neat work area
• Work well with others and follow directions
• Be productive, motivated, and punctual
• Prioritize safety and quality
• Read blueprints and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience; or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and perform physical tasks as described.
