Bachoco USA is hiring a Production Worker for Dept. 14, 2nd shift in Heavener, OK. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM. Perform unskilled production labor at assigned stations as directed by Supervisor and fill in as needed to maintain operations.
This is a safety sensitive role with responsibilities across multiple production duties and adherence to company policies. No prior experience required, on-site position with adequate physical demands.

Performs various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor by performing the following duties.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
