Production Worker (Day Shift) (Manufacturing)

What You Will Get To Do

The Production/Manufacturing Worker is responsible for loading and unloading products from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates, and reports to the Lead.

This role is ideal for an individual who is committed, detail-oriented, and a team player. As a vital member of the Production Department, this position offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform various functions on a rotating basis
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Safely perform quality tasks following all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively, complete paperwork, interpret basic measurements, and use a tape measure
• Notify lead or supervisor of mechanical or material issues

What We Are Looking For

• Must be 18 years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime with flexible start times in some departments
• Stand and walk on concrete floors for eight hours or more
• Wear company-issued safety gear including a safety shirt, hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
• Comparable experience preferred
