Job Overview

The Production/Manufacturing Worker focuses on loading and unloading products from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates, and reports to the Lead. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed, detail-oriented, and team players. It offers a great opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform various functions on a rotating basis
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Safely perform quality tasks following all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively, complete paperwork, interpret basic measurements, and use a tape measure
• Notify lead or supervisor of mechanical or material issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime with flexible start times in some departments
• Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Wear company-issued safety gear including shirts, hard hats, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
• Comparable experience preferred
