Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd and compressed shifts

Duration: 12+ months



Job Description:

• Seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment. Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions

Available Compressed Shifts:

• Compressed A: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM


• Compressed B: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM


• Compressed C: Every other Wednesday + Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM


• Compressed D: Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Training Schedule

• All contractors will start on 1st shift for training regardless of assigned shift


• Classroom Training (approx. 2 business days or 1 week potentially): Covers onboarding, safety, timekeeping, and system access


• On-the-Job Training (OTJ): Conducted during daytime hours prior to shift transition. Timing varies by trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling.


• Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment.


• Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS).


• Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework.


• Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship require.


• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus.


• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing.


• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures.


• Proficiency in basic math and computer use.


• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standards Familiarity with microelectronic assembly and inspection Strong focus on quality and teamwork Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Additional Notes:

• Onsite only - no remote work options.


• Contractors work side-by-side at identical pay/bill rates.
