Job description

Innova Solutions has an immediate opening for a Full-Time, Contract Assembler position based in McKinney, Texas 75071. The contract duration is initially 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual assembly tasks, including soldering and operating semi-automated and automated processing equipment.
2. Utilize ovens and microscopes for assembly and inspection work.
3. Follow detailed written work instructions accessed via a computer.
4. Create nonconformance reports in our Factory Operating System (FOS) and execute rework as necessary.
5. Participate in annual training related to safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proficiency in hand/finger dexterity with strong attention to detail.
2. Basic computer and math skills.
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing tasks.
5. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in line with established processes and conduct in-process inspections per company and customer standards.
