Job description

Our client is hiring Full-time, Direct Hire, Wafer Fab Operator. This position requires all applicants to be located in the Collin County, TX area, and not require work authorization sponsorship. Hiring immediately.

Location:Plano/McKinney, TX area.
Schedule:2 day shift and 1 night shift open; compressed schedule, 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am.
Pay Rate:Up to $19.50/hr. depending on relevant experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Performs a wide variety of product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. Typically operates machinery to product products/components.
    Operates a variety of automatic machines used in the production of goods. (50%)
    Tracks production output to ensure that quotas are met. (30%)
    Reports needed maintenance on any tools or equipment. (10%)
    Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances. (10%)
    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience

  • MS Office 365
  • Critical thinking skills
