Job summary

Dexter Laundry, Inc. is hiring full-time manufacturing team members in Fairfield, IA to join our fabrication, assembly, and material handling teams on all shifts. Starting pay is $20.68/hour, with raises after 12 months to over $26.00/hour plus annual increases.

Shift differentials are available. We value quality, teamwork and continuous improvement. Candidates should be detail-minded with good organizational and communication skills, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and willing to work in a

• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus for material handlers.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints and follow production schedules.
• Sort, load, and move materials using forklifts (for material handling roles).
• Perform accurate assembly of machine parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow quality and safety procedures.
