Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Worker for the 3rd shift in Lawrence, KS. You will feed product into production equipment, pack finished goods, and visually inspect items to ensure quality, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

The role requires standing for the entire shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.), lifting up to 30 pounds, and following safety procedures. This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position offering benefits and a stable environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work in a production, packing, or general labor environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect products and follow procedures.
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Reliability and punctuality for consistent 3rd shift work (Thursday through Monday).
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and use required protective equipment, including steel toe shoes or boots.

Work Environment

This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Thursday through Monday, in a production and general labor setting. The facility operates in a fast-paced environment where safety and cleanliness are priorities. Steel toe shoes or boots are required as part of the dress code to ensure safety on the production floor.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrence, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
