Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Worker is generally responsible for the production and quality of finished cases. Specifically, the Production Worker is responsible to form cases, place\orient product inside those cases, label cases if appropriate, andensure those cases are properly sealed and palletized. A Production Worker is also responsible for any necessary rework.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a visual inspection of label placement, case codes, piece count and orientation as specified by the product standard and their supervisor.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area that is consistent with his Supervisor's instructions.
• Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.
• Responsible for Food Safety and Quality within their influence. Must report issues, malfunction or defective parts in a timely manner to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by management.
• Check output to ensure highest quality.

QUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• Proven experience as assembler- Preferred
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/orsit frequently or through the duration of the shift
• Have appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly executeposition
• Ability lift up to 50 pounds
