Job summary

Miller Manufacturing Company in Glencoe, MN is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our 2nd shift. You will process customer orders through picking, packing, shipping, and receiving functions, using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Daily duties include inventory transactions, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Essential qualifications include forklift certification and the ability to read documents and communicate effectively with teammates.

Qualifications

• Requires Forklift certification; related experience and/or training is preferred; on-the-job training may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders through picking, packing, order checking, shipping and receiving functions.
• Load and unload trucks following dock safety procedures.
• Audit completed orders and complete necessary documentation including pallet marking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper record keeping.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; ensure tools are in designated locations.
• Operate equipment safely and report deficiencies to leadership.
