Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Worker at our Collegedale, TN facility. You will join a high-speed production line, ensuring precise packaging of snack cakes and reporting to the Production Supervisor.

You will assist with packaging, inspection, and palletizing, while maintaining safety and quality standards and adhering to production schedules. This role requires endurance to stand for long periods and the ability to lift 20–40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet production quotas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.

Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd shift hours

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Worker to join our team at our Collegedale, TN location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor. As a Production Worker, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include:
  • Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping
  • Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons
  • Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes
  • Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns
• Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines (with or without an accommodation)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
