Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 2nd Shift in Highland, IL. The scheduled hours are 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. The pay rate is $19.66 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential. Salary is based on skills, experience, and market considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb heights, crouch, kneel, reach above shoulder level, push, and pull.
• Frequently carry weights between 10 to 34 pounds; occasionally carry 35-50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Perform repetitive grasping actions; fine manipulation is not required. No foot pedal-operated equipment is involved.
• Work around moving machinery without operating it. No work at unprotected heights; temperature changes only from dock door openings.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• Reside within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL; active-duty military candidates are exempt from this requirement.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Availability for overtime as needed.
