Job summary

The Watkins Company in Winona, MN is seeking a Full Time Production Worker (Utility) to support our fast-paced manufacturing lines. The role runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm and pays $18.39 per hour with a $1,250 sign-on bonus.

You will unload and feed bottles, apply labels, assemble, palletize, and assist with line changeovers while maintaining quality and cleanliness. We offer medical/dental/life AD&D coverage, PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience; reading and math skills required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing working environments.
• Strong problem solving skills and deductive reasoning to evaluate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and feeds bottles, jars, and other containers to be filled on production lines.
• Applies labels to containers and packages products.
• Assembles, sorts, counts, weighs, and boxes filled containers.
• Assists with line changeovers including labels, wrapping, caps, and packaging.
• Performs general housekeeping and cleanup on and around lines as required.
• Inspects materials and finished products for quality and appearance.

This entry level position will equip you for success and give you the knowledge and experience for potential advancement opportunities in the future.
