Aventure Staffing is seeking a dependable Production Worker for our facility in Fairmont, MN. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of production equipment, assembly and packaging of products, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with overtime on Fridays and a second shift option. Overtime availability and competitive hourly pay accompany opportunities to contribute to quality output and team success.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Fairmont, MN

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, (1st) 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime on Friday as needed) (2nd) 4:00pm -2:30am OT is mandatory.

Pay: $14.65/hr - 15.65 + overtime opportunities
