Summary

The production worker position encompasses all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This role follows standard work methods and adheres to safe work practices to ensure production is both efficient and safe.

Essential Functions

• Inspects components and finished products to ensure proper assembly within designated time frames.
• Meets production targets for all workflow processes.
• Accurately document work on production and quality forms.
• Participates in 5S and Kaizen initiatives, including cleaning, sorting, organizing, and process improvement activities.
• Proficient in using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Rotates through various job stations within operations based on business needs.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Adheres to all safety rules and ISO requirements.
