Account Service Representative - 1st Shift (Remote)

What you will do:

  • Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
  • Confirm and enter usage of surgical implants to replenish inventory for customers.
  • Coordinate with sales team and customers to obtain purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through billing and replenishment processes.
  • Respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to foster positive relationships.
  • Suggest improvements for service levels, processes, and customer support.
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure exceptional service.
  • Focus on improving Open ARO's.
  • Support Sales by answering questions via phone, email, and fax; research responses with sales.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Determine charges for product requests, collaborate on invoice disputes, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing customer information.
  • Maintain customer pricing records, including entering contracts.
  • Support quality initiatives within Customer Service workflows.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift, starting at 8am PT.

What you need:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience as an account representative; familiarity with Oracle.

Pay rate ranges from $20.08/hr to $32.87/hr plus bonuses and benefits, based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), stock purchase, and more. Employees may need vaccinations depending on role requirements.
