Job description

Lunds & Byerlys Lake Mills is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Production Worker I to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $23/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

PRODUCTION WORKER I RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Production Worker I's are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes
• Assisting Production Supervisor with leading, directing, and training production staff
• Ensuring productive workflow
• Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

  • Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology preferred
