MACHINE ADJUSTER IN BUTLER NEEDS TO READ TAPE MEASURE AND TAKE MECHANICAL APT TE4ST - PAY UP TO $25 AND MORE

Job Description

Looking for Mechanics that want to get into manufacturing!

Responsibilities

• Operates all machines in the Folding Department
• Examines work orders to determine specifications.
• Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines.
• Checks orders throughout production to ensure accuracy of labeling, printing, and packaging.
• Performs hands-on daily machine maintenance, changeovers, and set-up of machines.
• Troubleshoots minor operating difficulties includinganalyzing machine operations, inspecting of products, and making necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.
• Performs machine wash-up and other general cleaning duties.
• Accurately completes paperwork to record labor, time, and quality.
• Maintains accurate count of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and pallets.
• Packs envelopes uniformly and neatly into completed containers while keeping up with machine speeds.
• Place die-cut paper stacks into the machine feed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
