The ONCALL worker program with Primal Pet Group assists with temporary production needs and projects. As an on-call worker, you may be confirmed for long-term or short-term assignments. This position is responsible for performing production work in the facility, packing, and assembling the finished product. Inspects products to ensure high quality and compliance with company standards and procedures. Must be able to rotate at least every 2 hours at each of the production machines and locations as needed.
SCHEDULE
Production hours will vary by assignment. Our production runs Monday-Saturday. Employees must be flexible for daily or 6 th day overtime as needed. Please see available shift time below:
PAY RATE
Pay will vary depending on the assignment but ranges from .$17.00-$19.00 per hour
+$1.00 Differential pay for hours worked on 2nd shift
+$1.25 Differential pay for hours worked on 3rd shift

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; at least 3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
