ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading food manufacturer in Massachusetts to hire a Production Worker for the Wilmington area. The role supports the production line on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:30 PM) in a cold-temperature environment, with responsibilities across assembly, packaging, and quality checks.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the job offers competitive pay with shift differentials, a Safety‑driven team, and potential for ongoing employment and skill

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM

*** Please note: This role involves working in a cold-temperature environment .
