Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker to support the production line in a cold-temperature manufacturing setting in Massachusetts. You will operate equipment, assist in assembling and packaging croissants and sandwiches, and rotate across tasks to maintain efficient production flow.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pass drug and background screenings. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
