Smurfit Westrock is currently seeking 2nd or 3rd shift Production Team Members for our Germantown, WI facility. Full benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment + OT Pay. Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes, and operate complex machinery, as well as a desire to advance within the company.

What you need to succeed:

1. Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.
2. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
3. Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
4. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
5. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on position.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Military training and/or Technical School preferred.

Starting Pay is $22.68/hr up to a potential of $26.79/hr plus .50 2nd shift premium, and .60 3rd shift premium; pay is determined on the position available and assigned.
