Job summary

System One is seeking a Production Worker in Vanceburg, KY for a contract-to-hire position. The role focuses on supporting fiberglass-related production lines, including cutting, shaping, finishing, and quality checks.

You will operate production equipment, mix resins and gels, follow written instructions, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily output goals. Training is provided; experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!
  • Able to read and follow written instructions and safety rules.
  • Basic math for measuring, counting and simple calculations.
  • Comfortable wearing PPE (respirator, gloves, protective clothing) for long periods.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for finishing and inspection work.

  • Hit daily production goals while keeping quality high.
  • Work well with teammates and other shifts to keep production moving.

Requirements

  • Comfortable wearing PPE (respirator, gloves, protective clothing) for long periods
  • Good hand-eye coordination for detailed finishing and inspection work
