What You’ll Do

As the Production Worker, you will operate and process equipment to blend and manufacture 1.5 bulk blasting agent emulsion and 5.1 bulk oxidizer emulsion in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. You will be responsible for following all safety procedures and maintaining safe working conditions while driving and operating equipment to protect personal safety and that of others. Other duties include:

  1. Maintain safe working conditions and ensure all crew members and others on site follow safety and regulatory procedures to ensure a safe and successful operation.
  2. Proactively address safety issues and practice the Take 5! process using the HAT tool to promote personal responsibility for safety.
  3. Work accurately with numbers and perform simple mathematical calculations.
  4. Be knowledgeable of and comply with applicable DOT, OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and BATFE regulations.
  5. Follow practices consistent with company policies, procedures from applicable technical modules, SOPs, and safety policies.
  6. Complete inventory records and other documentation accurately and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a factory environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass an ATF background check to handle explosives.
  • Ability to work in a chemical production environment.
  • Flexibility to handle varying hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with good communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
