Location : Airway Heights, WA

Shift : Day Shift | Immediate Start

Job Summary

• Join a fast-paced manufacturing team specializing in metal seal production, where you will play a crucial role in shaping, finishing, and inspecting high-quality products.
• Responsibilities include operating roll formers and polishing lathes, loading sheet metal bands, forming circular seals, and assisting in shearing and welding operations.
• In advanced positions, you will roll large seals, take precise measurements, adjust tooling, and ensure quality using precision instruments.
• You will also operate semi-automatic TIG welders, align seams, inspect welds, and enter production data into Microsoft Excel

Required Skills

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong math skills and familiarity with precision measuring tools
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• High attention to detail, especially for TIG welding roles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25 / hr.
