Starting wage: $18.40-19.15/hour plus 14 paid holidays, paid vacation, unpaid personal days, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits!

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the tool as it approaches the insert area.
2. Gather the necessary components for the tool at the insert station, ensuring no components with visible defects are used.
3. Insert components into the tools accurately, rejecting any with visible defects.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as the production line continues.
5. Remove debris from the tool to ensure proper pouring.
6. Rotate tasks according to the approved schedule.
