We're seeking motivated Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you'll play a key part in the production of wind turbine tower sections used to support clean, renewable energy projects across the country.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or other hands‑on industrial environments who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and large‑scale products.
Assemble wind tower components according to production specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
Utilize hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality inspections and identify defects or necessary corrections
Operate forklifts, bogies, cranes, and other material handling equipment as needed
Move and position materials throughout the production process
Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, construction, or a related field
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
Comfortable lifting, moving, and working with large components in an industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Forklift certification or material handling experience is a plus
Ability to work a rotating schedule and overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
