Traditions - Community Meals in Pearl, MS is seeking a production worker to help produce frozen and fresh meals for service across the region. This full-time on-site role offers hands-on training across line supply, packaging, and quality checks. You will follow safety policies, perform QA checks, and observe manufacturing best practices.

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Compensation starts at $12.25 per hour with standard benefits including medical, dental, paid time off and 9

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled production worker to our Traditions- Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. As a production worker, you will have the opportunity to produce food products for service across your area.

What you'll be doing:

• Receiving training in all areas of production, including line supply, pulling supply, adding or filling manufacturing line, and packaging.
• Manufacturing and assembling frozen and fresh food products.
• Performing assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Performing any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment.
• Observing proper manufacturing practices and policies.

Must-haves:

• Ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing position.

Compensation Range

$12.25/hr.
