Job summary

Trulite Colorado is seeking a Production Associate to support glass fabrication operations. You will move glass from tables, furnaces, and racks, perform quality checks, label products, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work a full day, and the flexibility to rotate across production areas; forklift or crane experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of warehouse/manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Able to read/understand labels and paperwork.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements with a tape measure.
• Available to work in all production areas.
• Flexible schedule, typically Mon-Fri with possible weekends.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Overhead crane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move glass between tables, furnaces, racks, trucks and crates for long shifts.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Perform quality inspection and operate or manually use equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different production tasks as assigned.
• Inspect products for issues and report to supervisor.
• Use tape measure to verify product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Attend daily and be reliably present.

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily


• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process


• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product


• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment


• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow


• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis


• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)


• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications


• Maintain a safe and clean work area


• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old


• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred


• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels


• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure


• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production


• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)


• High School Diploma or GED, preferred


• Forklift experience a plus


• Overhead crane experience a plus
